The trail reaches elevations above 5,000m/ 16,400ft in the final days before Everest Base Camp, but the trek is accessible and does not require prior trekking experience. The ideal seasons for trekking to Everest Base Camp are Autumn (late September to December) slightly colder and Spring (late March to mid-May), which is relatively warmer and more humid.

All meals on the trek are included (B.L,D); welcome dinner and breakfast in Kathmandu .
1 porter for every two trekkers. Trekkers will need to carry water, snacks, rain gear and personal items.

Will need to purchase air flights to Nepal, travel/evacuation insurance, Nepal visa, personal gear, and tips for porters, guide, and transportation and drivers.
