Neither Monarch High School Booster Club or Blacktie, LLC. (dba Spotlight Colorado), are responsible for any failure to bid due to internet or server connection problems. The last bid in the Blacktie Auction system when the auction closes will be the winner.  Monarch Booser Club reserves the right to change the ending time of the auction as well as any minimum bids on any items.
